Why do scented candles make me feel drained and weak?
I only burn the wax melts or tarts in a burner for 2hrs a day, i noticed i was tired all the time from the oils, Yankee candles seem to be the worst, any candle experts out there that can tell me what scented candles are the best for burning that won't drain the essence out of me.
You might be like me and have a chemical sensitivty. Clue: most big manufacturers don't use herbal stuff. The art of candle making and burning goes back thousands of years. Try a more natural candle and you might find it to actually be invigorating. You can get these said candles from health food stores and new-age book shops. Ask the owner if they have such things. Also, many flea markets (indoor) often have homemade candle sellers. Stay away from the chains.........
