Is this a healthy snack to eat afterschool???
Im trying to maintain my weight of 120 pounds so i need to eat around 1700 calories a day....( im 5'8 and 17 yrs old female) if i eat a low fat pop tart which has 190 calories and 8 oz light soy milk which has 50 calories...is this an okay snack?? will i gain weight?? ( i eat healthy with my other meals)
No the pop tart is a terrible snack. Soy milk might be okay. Eat raw vegetables and fruits for snacks. If you eat mostly low fat foods and get plenty of exercise you won't gain weight.
