I think the best I could suggest is An AVR (Micro controller)
Because it's an small computer which you can program it by your self (If you know C programing)

what is the difference between pillar and taper candles? will a taper candle fit into a pillar holder?



A pillar candle is tall and thick, a taper is tall and thin.
