Could I add Apple slices to this Pork Chop Recipe?
6 pork chops
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Basically I will melt together the ingredients and marinate the chops in it for a bit, then bake.
If i add sliced apples sprinkled with a bit of brown sugar and let them bake with it, would that be ok???????????????
Oh yes. Applesauce works good too. Actually, most fruits, bing cherries, peaches, etc. are delicious fixed that way with pork chops or pork roast.
