What do you think of Attention Gels? Are they worth the money?
Here's a list of ingredient's that I pulled off the Web:
Marine Oil (DHA - Docosahexaonic Acid 250 mg, L-Tyrosine 20 mg, DMAE (Dimethylamine Ethanol Bitartrate)100 mg, PS (Phosphatidylserine from 100mg of Soy) 20 mg, Choline Bitartrate 100 mg, Inositol 100 mg, Grape Seed Extract 50 mg, L-Glutamine Acid 50 mg, Magnesium Chelate 50 mg, Vitamin B6 50 mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 25 mg, Betaine 25 mg, Opuntia Streptacantha 20 mg, Vitamin E 15 IU, Gymnema Sylvestre Extract 5 mg, Folic Acid 800 mcg, Vitamin B12 200 mcg, Chromium Chelate 200 mcg
They cost around $20, plus shipping. That will get you one month's supply.
I've never heard of the brand before, but the ingredients are a pretty good variety of ingredients. I'm a bit surprised there's no Ginkgo or Bacopa Monniera (because they are really good for brain health)... and I'm really surprised that Gymnema Sylvestre and Chromium are in there (as those are good for glucose metabolism). Aside from those, it's got a good variety (although lower doses) of antioxidants. I don't know if I'd pay $20 for a month's supply of that.... maybe $10-15 at the most for the ingredients that would help brain health, but some people like the convenience of 1 pill instead of multiple pills that would give more benefits.
