What is the difference between a Full Spectrum Fluorescent and a normal Fluorescent light?
What is the difference between this 2? Are the ones that we buy at supermarkets the normal ones and if so, how much do the Full Spectrum Fluorescent lights cost (with casing/holder)?
Here is a web site that explains all the wave lenghts of the magnetic wave lenghts, it is explained in layman terms b NASA. Google light sprectum and hit on the Nasa site. We can only see visible wave lenghts in between infra red and X rays. The full sprectum tubes have all the visible wave lenghts where the normal tubes only show the greens and blue end of the waves. Fill sprectum light is about equal to the suns light. This is why we se a lot of greenish colors under normal fluorescent tubes. Good luck
