can someone please tell me how do i get perfect crackling on bellie pork?
hi i have bellie pork in one large peice i would like to know how to get the crackling really crispy.
perfect crackling can be obtained by slicing the skin before roasting and rubbing salt into the wounds before placing in the oven and then rub in once or twice during the roasting process and you will find crispy crackling at the end
