How long does spaghetti sauce in an opened jar in the fridge stay fresh for?
I think it can be ok for a week before the fuzzies can be seen. Go get a package of those plastic jar covers in your housewares department and try them out..I have a lot of luck with food staying fresh in the cans.

Soak overnight. For many small seeds, five hours of soaking is sufficient.2) Drain the water from the jar. Rinse seeds in fresh, luke-warm water and drain again.
