Jar Extras

The last time I made jelly,I had two extra 16oz jars of grape juice.Can I reuse for new batch of jelly?
I made cooked jelly and had left over juice so I added 3 cups of sugar and cooked and jarred (preserved)what was left. Can I open the jars and pour that juice with grapes I am cooking now to make jelly again. The juice was preserved a week ago.
No problem. Each time you can something it gets sterilized again. Besides, grapes are an acid food so they are extra safe.
