I have 2 leins on my home and what to sell my house..how can I if leins holders wont release or negoitate?
I have 2 private loans(private individual) on my home, and neither lein holder wants to neigotate with me. If I don't sell my home I will be force into foreclosure. The amount that is listed on my liens is lower than the amount than the pay off amount that they are requesting. Is there any way around this?
I have recieved an apparisal on my home, however there isn't enough equity to pay off everyone. I have someone who is will to purchase my home, but because of the leins holders are not willing to work with us, I can not close the deal. The leins on title is appox. $20,000.00 less. But the holders are adding fee's and interest to their pay off.
That's a pickle. Have your house appraised and take thee appraisal to your lenders. Negotiate a contract for automatic payment of your debts through a 3rd party financial institution.
