How do you cook the PERFECT golden brown chicken?
Suggestions on spices to use from how to make it that beautiful golden brown color. Its a small whole chicken defrosted and ready to go. Oven temps and length to cook?
Use any seasonings you like. Season chicken, put in the oven (uncovered) on 425 degrees for 1/2 hour (you want it darker leave chicken in oven longer until desired goldeness) Once you have desired goldeness turn temp to 350 degrees, cover and cook until done.
