whats a cotton wick ? and whats a wax how is it created ?
"Cotton wicks may be thin, long pieces of cotton or may be round in shape, for various applications. Cotton, being non-toxic, is both safe and efficient for use in the manufacture of candle wicking.
The following types of wicks are usually manufactured:
Zinc Core - These are cotton wicks with a thin metal wire core made of Zinc.
Tin Core - These are also cotton wicks with a thin metal wire core made of Tin.
Paper Core - These are cotton wicks with a core made of a stiff paper, like cardboard.
Coreless Cotton - These are completely cotton braided wicks and contain no core material.
Hemp Core - These are available in cotton braid with hemp core, or in 100% hemp braid. "

You can buy the wax precolored or you can buy the wax in a neutral color and your own color.
