Green Tea? is it still good for you the ones you get in the store like Lipton (citrus)?
I know Green tea is good for you but if I buy the ones in the store that have the flavor like the Lipton teas with citrus in them, are they as good as just plain tea?
green tea is very good for you, but the premade teas you get in stores are very high in high fructose corn syrup (a type of sugar)
Drinking a lipton or a arizona iced tea is probably better than soda, but not much.
Just nake the green tea at home. It's ok if you want to add a bit of sugar, but not 12 teaspoons like that are in the average 12 oz premade tea.
The teas that are sugar free are'nt better for you sucorol and aspertame have side effects
