what are the roles of cellulose, Cinnamon Bark Powder and gelatin in supplements/our body
cellulose is usually a filler (because the amount of some vitamins (like say, b-12) would be the size of a pin head, and people would feel they were being ripped off if they got an "empty" capsule....
