Brass-Like Lanterns?
I am getting married on a ship and want to light the aisle with brass type lanterns lit by candles. Does anyone know where I could find something like this? I have been looking everywhere and they range from $20-$300 EACH! Augh! Suggestions? I really think this would add to the atmosphere seeing as the ship is very 'pirate' like.

Well not all of these are bronze but if you like the style of them, it would take a little time and TLC but you could paint them bronze and even distress them a little. If you're not to crafty have a friend or family member who is help you

Then these ones are all black (seems to be the normal color of lanterns), but they can be painted with that paint in the first link (pretty sure). That's if you like the style better...

Hope one of these will help you a little. I know how frustrating it is to have an idea (the exact picture) in your head and not be able to find anything like it anywhere! Drives me nuts I'm that way with my invites right now! I love the ship idea! I'm a water child so I would have loved to have done that... kinda hard when you grow up in IOWA of all places.
