Bowl Votive

Need help decorating for our wedding reception!?
Our colors are black and fuschia and will be getting married in June this year! We are both stuck on how to decorate. We have already bought ivy bowls, votive candles and holders and glass stones to put on the tables. We are stuck with centerpieces. He wants balloons since the hall has huge ceilings. I want flowers, but can handle balloons if we find the right picture. What do you think?
In this link below, we are doing something similar to this but more elegant then what it is shown. Do you think we need balloons on the tables if we already have this?

Honestly I am not a fan of balloons at weddings.
I would rather see a room filled to the brim with candles and 1 exotic flower on each table.
The worst thing you can do is over decorate a wedding venue...in my opinion.
