Blue Votive

My wedding favors are a huge headache... would this be stupid? If so, what else can we do?
I was thinking of votive candles with a wrap around them saying our names and the date, then having the candles in a glass holder... it is something small... and I have no idea if it will work.
If not, do you have any other ideas?
We have the theme of navy blue and interlocking hearts going throughout the wedding...

And we are on a tight budget!
and 1 person does not seem cheap.. or odd?? I really like this idea, and our venue will be covered in candles (night time wedding) so it was my first idea... but didn't want to look either cheap, ridiculous, or odd...
Those are really cute! To really save money, forget about the glass holder, just wrap the candles with some clear or colored cellophane and ribbon.
Another idea- order M&M's in the colors of your wedding and personalized sayings, then find a cute, but inexpensive container. I just went to a winter wedding where they did this and it was so cute! And who doesn't love chocolate! Check out the web site below:
